ServiceNow Prerequisites

To ensure a successful Proof of Concept (POC), it is important that you ServiceNow environment meets the minimum requirements and has the necessary application dependences in place. This page provides detailed guidance on how your ServiceNow team can prepare the instance. 

All steps noted below can be carried out with support form the Kumoco team to guide the steup

ServiceNow System Requirements

1. ServiceNow instance should be running version San Diego or later. 

2. At least one active MID Server, configured to ServiceNow Cloud Management Plugin.
   
   

3. Billing Discovery configured in Cloud Management Plugin and running for at least one day. 

4. User account with the ‘admin’ and ‘security_admin’ roles on the ServiceNow instance, used to install and configure Kumoco Cloud Manager. Kumoco may create or request additional user accounts for any Kumoco developers providing support.
